Own a Leading Safety Consultancy. We Fund It.
ASPIS is expanding globally through a unique franchise model — funding the startup costs of new regional operations in exchange for a 50/50 equity partnership. You bring the safety expertise and local knowledge. We bring the brand, the infrastructure, and the capital to get you operational from day one.A Global Network of Independent Safety Leaders
Workplace safety is a global challenge. Every year, hundreds of thousands of workers are killed or seriously injured in preventable incidents — in part because organisations in many regions lack access to the calibre of independent, expert safety management that is available in mature markets. ASPIS was built to change that.
Our franchise model is designed to take the ASPIS standard of safety consulting, practical, independent, rigorous, and genuinely effective, and establish it in markets around the world. Rather than opening company-owned offices, we believe the best outcomes come from putting genuine safety leaders with deep local knowledge in charge of their own operations, backed by the full weight of the ASPIS brand and infrastructure.
This is not a licence to use our name. It is a genuine business partnership, a 50/50 equity split in which we fund your startup costs, provide your operational infrastructure, and work alongside you to build a leading safety consultancy in your region. Your expertise, your clients, your business, with ASPIS behind you from day one.
"We are not looking for people to operate under our name. We are looking for safety leaders who want to build something significant — in their region, in their language, on their terms — with the backing of a world-class safety group."
A Market Ready for ASPIS
The global EHS consulting market is projected to exceed $50 billion by 2030, driven by tightening regulation, increasing corporate accountability, and the growing recognition that safety is a business-critical function, not a compliance overhead.
In many high-growth markets, the supply of genuinely independent, technically rigorous safety consultancy does not match demand. ASPIS franchise operations are positioned to lead in those markets.
A Genuine 50/50 Business Partnership
Unlike traditional franchise models where franchisors take fees and royalties while the franchisee carries all the risk, ASPIS operates as a true co-investor, funding the startup costs and sharing equally in the upside.

What ASPIS Funds On Your Behalf
ASPIS covers the full cost of establishing your regional operation, so you can focus entirely on building your client base and delivering exceptional work from day one.
Company Incorporation
Legal establishment of your regional entity, incorporation, registered office, legal documentation, and shareholder agreements prepared by specialist commercial lawyers.
Office Establishment
Initial office setup or premium co-working membership, providing a professional base of operations from which to meet clients and build your team.
Brand & Marketing Launch
Regional website presence, marketing materials, launch campaign, and initial business development activity, establishing the ASPIS brand in your market from day one.
Technology & Systems
Full access to the ASPIS technology stack — EHS platforms, CRM, reporting dashboards, and digital infrastructure — configured for your regional operation.
Training & Onboarding
Full induction into the ASPIS methodology, quality standards, and operational procedures — including time spent at ASPIS HQ and with established delivery teams
Working Capital
Initial operational working capital to cover the period before recurring client revenue is established — providing financial security during the critical early months of trading.
The specific quantum of startup funding is agreed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the target market, projected operational scale, and regulatory requirements of the region. All startup funding is provided by ASPIS Group as equity investment — not as a loan. There are no repayment obligations and no royalty charges. ASPIS's return is the 50% equity stake and the ongoing profit share from a successful operation.
The ASPIS Franchise Partner Profile
We are selective. Every ASPIS franchise operation reflects our brand, and our reputation depends on the quality, integrity, and commitment of every partner we choose.
Recognised Safety Credentials
Chartered status (CMIOSH or equivalent), relevant academic qualifications, and a demonstrable track record of technical delivery in health and safety management, not generalist consulting.
Sector Experience
Deep experience in at least two of ASPIS's core sectors, construction, chemical, energy, manufacturing, mining, nuclear, or oil and gas. Generalist HR or management consulting experience does not qualify.
Regional Market Knowledge
Established presence, professional network, and clear understanding of the regulatory and commercial landscape in your target region. You must understand the market you intend to lead in.
Business Leadership Capability
The ambition, commercial acumen, and leadership capability to build and run a business, managing people, developing clients, and delivering operationally under pressure.
Values & Integrity
An unambiguous commitment to independent, evidence-based safety management. ASPIS will not partner with individuals or organisations whose approach to safety conflicts with our principles.
Full-Time Commitment
Franchise leadership demands complete focus. Candidates must be available to commit full-time to the operation from launch, and to invest the sustained personal effort that building a new business requires.
